FREE domestic shipping for orders above KES 10000! 

FREE Nairobi shipping for orders above KES 5000! 

Local orders take 1-2 working days to deliver. We however do our best to deliver earlier.

International delivery is within 10-15 working days after order is placed. 

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, subject to weight and the supported shipping zones. You may be asked to pay import duty, which varies from country to country. Kindly liaise with your customs office for the same.

We ship worldwide through DHL Express, locally through Wells Fargo and Modern Coast Couriers. Shipping within Nairobi and its environs is fulfilled by Wells Fargo.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Please note that all our policies, terms, and conditions should be read before placing your order as we will abide strictly by these rules.

Items returned must be untampered with, maintaining attached tags and original packaging. Original packaging must not be damaged or defective. HerRinda will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear or wash.

We only allow “EXCHANGES”. This is only applicable within 24 hours once an order has been received by the client. Exchange is made under the following conditions;

  • A defect in the item
  • A mix up in your order ( Wrong Item Shipped)
  • Please note: Wrong size orders (from the customer) will not be exchanged.

 

REFUNDS

WE DO NOT DO CASH REFUNDS!

Refunds are only made in the case of a sold-out item in which items haven’t been processed or shipped. Refund processing, in this case, takes 5-10 working days. 

If you do not want a cash refund, we will send you a gift card of the amount spent.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, within 24 hours and once the return is accepted, make an exchange. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on a payment method we will communicate to you. Please remember it can take some time for our payment platform to process and post the refund too.
